Gradual (step-by-step) organization scheme of treatment abroad:

• Customer’s Application for treatment abroad (attached by all available medical documents –medical report, tests results, X-ray, CT/MRI results, etc.)
• Selection of the Clinic abroad providing complete information about a Clinic, doctor, treatment/diagnostic plan and its cost, trip cost (including flights, accompanying persons accommodation).
• Organization of distant doctor’s consultation with written report
• Organization of a trip to a Clinic abroad
• Assistance in visa application and receiving (invitation letter from a Clinic)
• Booking / purchasing of airplane/train tickets
• Hotel or sanatorium reservation for the client and/or for the accompanying person
• Monitoring throughout the whole trip
• Accompaniment and interpretation during patient’s stay at the hospital
• Assistance in issuing the Insurance policy for travelers
• Organization of the meeting at the airport for the Patient (VIP meeting, business-class car, ambulance)
• Organization of transfer – airport-clinic / hotel-airport
• Translation of medical documents into Russian and vice versa
• Receiving the final reports and bills from the Clinic
• Issuing the final report and detailed bill for the treatment
• Processing the Client’s reference about the trip (Clinic, stuff, accompaniment)
