Our company has developed special servicing programs for the most demanded services care:

  1. The program "Personal (VIP) doctor":

    The program provides monitoring and treatment contingent of the Customer by a general practitioner at home or at the workplace during working hours without limiting the number of visits to the doctor. The program also includes a list of health services:

    • monitoring and treatment of contingent of the Customer during the development of acute and exacerbation of chronic diseases at home or at the workplace
    • management and delivery of medical documentation (sick leaves, prescriptions, medical certificates)
    • mobile around the clock with your doctor.
  2. The program "Trusted doctor":

    The program provides monitoring and treatment contingent of the Customer by a general practitioner at home or at the workplace during working hours without limiting the number of visits to the doctor. The program also includes a list of health services:

    • develop a personal health programs, health monitoring
    • monitoring and treatment of contingent of the Customer during the development of acute exacerbation of chronic diseases and at home, at work or at the location within Moscow area and Moscow region, around the clock
    • physician support during consultations and treatment in health facilities
    • management and delivery of medical documentation (sick leaves, prescriptions, medical certificates)
    • mobile around the clock with your doctor.
  3. The program "An office doctor":

    The program provides services by a general practitioner at the office of contingent of the Customer. The program includes a list of health services:

    • the medical consultation in the office in accordance with the schedule approved by the Client
    • observation and treatment a contingent of the Customer during the development of acute or exacerbation of chronic diseases at the workplace or at home. Doctor’s consultation at home is possible only in case if the client can not visit medical establishment and if the Client does not need an emergency care
    • management and delivery of medical documentation (sick leaves, prescriptions, medical certificates)
    • mobile communication with your doctor till 21 p.m. on working days
    • consultation of a trusted doctor in the basic treatment facility in office hours
    • if necessary - opening of the general practitioner cabinet with all necessary equipment at the office of contingent for servicing
